St Joseph The Worker – 1st May

Traditionally this is a day on which we pray  for the unemployed, for the under employed and for those who find their jobs dull or unfulfilling. If you are in that job-hunting slough of despond remember that the prayers of fellow parishioners are with you on this day. May your own prayers take you where you deserve to be.

St Philip & St James Apostles—3rd May

According to John’s Gospel, Philip was one of the first disciples to be called by the Lord. James, traditionally known as “The Less” was the leader of the Jerusalem Church during the first Christian decades.

Please come and join in on Wednesdays at 7.30pm in the presbytery.  All are welcome.

Many thanks to those who continue to contribute to our Foodbank appeal. We are still collecting and need your help! Food can be dropped off at the priests house. All this food goes out to people in our community!
