Once volunteer teams are established and trained, you will be reponsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of the volunteer catechists in conjunction with the parish priest to ensure that the delivery of the programme is effective and any new initiatives are implemented.

Calling all musicians

If you can sing or play an instrument, you are invited to an evening of food, fun and music for our pastoral area. Fr Kenny Hyde will be our host at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs on Thursday 13th June, beginning with refreshments at 6.30pm. We will have the chance to learn some new music for the liturgy, led by Anthony Menezes, organist at Holy Name, music teacher and member of the diocesan Liturgy Commission’s music department and Fr Paul Grady, assistant priest at Holy Name and St Philomena’s, organist and former choirmaster. An easier Glory to God will be top of the list! Please let Fr Chris or Annie know if you can come, so we can make sure Fr Kenny orders enough pizza.

Quarant ’Ore  – 40 Hours
