Churches stand united in Croxteth & Norris Green

Church and community breakfast, Saturday 22nd June 9.45-11am

Come and share a simple breakfast and join together to worship God, celebrate our community life and pray for our communities. This event for all ages will be held in the Dinner Centre of Leamington Road Primary School. There’ll be opportunities to chat and give thanks for the good things in our neighbourhood as well as activities to help us to bring Norris Green and  Croxteth together before God in prayer.                                                                                                                                      This event has been organised with the support of churches of different denominations in Norris Green and Croxteth and is hosted by Christ Church, who meet in Leamington School. “Be a Chorister for a day”

‘Be a Chorister for a Day’ is for girls in Year 5 who like singing, hard work and having fun! Spend the day at the Metropolitan Cathedral with the choristers singing, playing, eating and  exploring!  This is an opportunity to explore what being a cathedral chorister is all about. Girl choristers audition for the cathedral choir in Year 5, and enter as probationer choristers in 6, whilst remaining at their current school. Girl choristers are educated from Year 7 at St Edward’s College (automatic entry)

There is no charge for the day: girls should bring a packed lunch with them.
