Best Care of the Dying Patient Conference

Monday 14th October, 2.00pm-4.30pm OR 7.00pm-9.30pm at LACE

We all want our frail relative and friends to receive the best possible care when their time comes to leave this world and go to our Father, but what does this mean in practice? This short conference is an opportunity to listen to Catholic doctors who care for dying patients and to consider the practical, moral and spiritual issues they face. If you would like to attend, please put your name and contact details on the form at the back of church, indicating whether you would like to go to the afternoon or the evening session.

When lighting candles in church please do not put them too close together as this causes them to flare up and become very difficult to put out. We would also ask that when the stand with the individual candle holders are full parishioners would not place lit candles on the drip tray underneath. This is very dangerous. Many Thanks.
