WELCOME – We are delighted to welcome Gabriella Andrea Deans and Riley Sawtell who were Baptised into our faith community last weekend.

Our Scripture Group are back after their summer break and continue to meet on Wednesdays at 7.30pm in the Priests house. New members are always very welcome.

The Word of The Lord

An Introduction to the Gospel according to Luke Main speaker: Fr Adrian Graffy (Scripture scholar, author and member of the Pontifical Biblical Commission)

Fr Adrian studied Scripture at the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome, and received a doctorate in Sacred Scripture in 1983 for his work on the Old Testament prophets.

He taught Scripture for many years at St John’s Seminary, Wonersh, and has published various books and articles on Scripture.

Workshop leaders: Fr Adrian Graffy, Fr Chris Thomas and Dr Marian Tolley.

Urgent! Donations needed for Syrian Refugees.

The Friends of St Eugene group based here at St Teresa’s are gathering the items urgently needed by refugees. Needed urgently are men’s clothes and shoes, toiletries, tents, tarpaulin, sleeping bags, wind up torches and more, (there will be a list at the back of church describing exactly what is needed).

Items need to be dropped off at the presbytery no later than Thursday 24th September as everything collected will then be delivered to a crisis point on September 25th.

FAITH AND CREATION: A CALL TO MISSION
