We are delighted to welcome Sonny Christopher O’Keefe, Layla Elizabeth Doherty, Ava Marie Doherty, Louie Delia Sparks, Layla Jade Scully, Mila Rose Clarke & Lilly Lee Coulthard  who were all Baptised into our faith community last weekend.

 

Once again St Teresa’s will be having the Quarant ‘Ore

or 40 hours devotion to the Blessed Sacrament.

The opening Mass will be on Saturday 28th May 2016 at 6pm will devotions throughout the night until 9.30am  (we will then close to prepare for Sunday Masses & Baptisms).

The Forty hours begin again after 6pm Sunday Mass continuing until the closing Mass at 7pm on Monday 30th May. Church will remain open throughout the night

There is a display at the back of church with full details of the candles that are be available for you to buy.

New Parish Group

It has been confirmed that our parish will be forming  a new St Teresa’s Cafod Group. The first meeting held last week went very well, the group will next meet on Thursday 19th May at 7.00pm in the Priests house. All are very welcome, more members are always needed. It’s never too late to join.

SCRIPTURE GROUP – Our Scripture Group continue to meet on Wednesdays to share

Scriptures for one hour from 7.30pm in the Priests house. New members are always very

welcome.

 

SVP – Your local St Teresa`s St Vincent de Paul society continues to deliver support to our

St Teresa`s community. Can you spare a few hours every now and then to help people,

less fortunate than yourself? If you can then why not come along to the next SVP meeting in St Teresa`s presbytery, at 7pm on Thursday 19th May,

more volunteers are always welcome.

We visit care homes and families in need. You will be very welcome. Thank you.
